Business is constantly changing; with technology constantly evolving businesses are always acquiring new products, new customers and new services. The one constant a business has is its employees and as the demands of a business grow it is important that employees acquire the knowledge and skills to be productive. A smart business keeps ahead by investing in staff and recognise the value staff have on a business and its performance.

Work Smarter is a series of training courses designed to provide effective staff development solutions that don’t break the bank or dent the bottom line. The programme is supported by South London Business, a privately funded business which supports local businesses in south London.

Each Worksmarter course is designed to enhance delegates’ knowledge, skills and motivation. Workshops are delivered by fully qualified professional trainers or industry experts, all of whom have a proven track record in delivering to the highest standards. Courses are held in high quality venues and our course fee includes a delegate manual to keep for further development and reference. On completion of the training each delegate receives a certificate of attendance. Courses are limited to a maximum of 15 delegates to ensure every attendee receives all the help and support they require. 

Payment can be made by credit / debit card, or we can send you an invoice. Payment must be made in full seven working days before the course date. All courses are one day, and cost £179 + VAT. A 15% discount is available for group bookings (3 or more delegates attending the same course on the same day). All course material, a certificate of attendance, refreshments and lunch are included.
