SLB Logistics Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) is a brand new initiative designed to help the logistics sector overcome the challenges of taking on apprentices.

SLB Logistics ATA makes things simple. We employ the apprentices throughout the duration of their training; all we ask from you is to host them.

Over 60 employers are already benefiting from the support we offer.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME TO YOU ARE:

• No hiring costs or increase in headcount - SLB Logistics will source all the apprentices and you can choose the right person for your organisation.
• No administration costs or management issues - SLB Logistics manage their training and development.
• If the placement does not work out, you have the opportunity to return the apprentice to SLB Logistics.

The cost of a full time member of staff through the ATA starts from £114 per week + VAT. In return the apprentice works for 35 hours a week for 9 months.
