South London Business’ latest workshop, How to Manage and Motivate Your Staff, is an interactive workshop for business owner/managers who employ staff either on a permanent or temporary basis and who are looking for ideas on motivating them to get the best out of them. The workshop gives guidance on:

• Understanding the importance of your staff.
• Involving staff in planning.
• Investing in training/developing.
• Listening to and acting on constructive input from staff.
• Rewarding staff properly and effectively.
• Delegating.

Our workshop speaker will be Matthew Perkins - a specialist with skills in sales and marketing gained over 15 years in both retail and manufacturing sectors and has a wealth of practical experience through running his own distribution business. As a client services manager for Business Link in London, Matthew advises small businesses on all aspects of management and development
