Description:
The existence of a Quality Management System (QMS) provides reassurance to a buyer that the product or service being offered will meet certain standards. A description of a company's QMS is also a standard requirement of any public sector tender and usually forms part of the evaluation criteria for the winning tender. The aim of this workshop is to provide attendees with an overview of what is involved with introducing a Quality Management System.
