Green-Works (www.green-works.co.uk) is an environmental charity and social enterprise, which reuses, re-sells and recycles office furniture on an industrial scale. The company’s warehouses offer a treasure trove of items from desks to office chairs and boardroom tables to leather armchairs, all of which are high quality items deemed surplus to the requirements of their previous corporate owners. Currently Green-Works is holding a festive sale which means that businesses and homeowners can pick up high quality items for a fraction of their original cost. The items which include both re-used furniture and re-manufactured items for Green-Works’ in-house joinery; includes desks from as little as £10, chairs from £4 and storage from £13. The items are ideal for home or office use.

As well as picking up a timely bargain by buying furniture from Green-Works people will also be helping to reduce our impact on the environment and help to educate and employ people from marginalised backgrounds.
