How e-Commerce can work for you

Businesses in Croydon can get free information on how to maximize income from their websites at an event taking place next week.

Technology experts will be providing advice on setting up, maintaining and developing a web presence.

Those attending the event next Thursday (March 12) will be able to attend workshops, receive both general and one-to-one support, information and advice on e-commerce as a business tool and see demonstrations of a range of technology.

The event takes place at Jury’s Hotel, Wellesley Road, from 10am to 4pm and is supported by BT and Croydon Enterprise.

“Businesses are doing their best to weather the recession but must make certain they are using every means available to them. E-commerce is one such means and I would urge local firms to sign up for this event,” said South London Business Chief Executive Peter Pledger.
