Kingston Business Awards - Sponsorship Opportunities
The inaugural Kingston Business Awards 2010, funded by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, and supported by Kingston Chamber of Commerce and South London Business have been developed to reward and celebrate Kingston’s vibrant and dynamic business community. This event will culminate with an Awards ceremony in November 2010 and is the major annual event in the Kingston business calendar, providing a fantastic opportunity for companies to network and raise their profile. An intensive marketing campaign will ensure the awards are extensively promoted throughout South London, providing significant publicity potential for sponsors as well as brand association with one of the most prestigious events in Kingston.
Sponsoring the Kingston Business awards not only provides the ideal platform to showcase your organisation/business to some of Kingston’s most vibrant businesses, but also provides the opportunity for your organisation to become a key partner in the Awards process and share the benefits of defining and rewarding business excellence in the Borough.
Title Sponsorship:
• The exclusive right to be recognised as the title sponsor i.e. “The Kingston Business Awards 2010 in association with xxxxxxxxxxx†including branding and a speaking opportunity at the launch event
• The exclusive right to be credited as title sponsor on all pre and post event news releases issued to promote the Awards
• The exclusive right to present the ‘Business of the Year’ category at the 2010 Awards Dinner
• Ten complimentary tickets for the Awards Dinner on specially reserved VIP tables
• Logo placement on all leaflets, tickets and other promotional collateral used to promote the Awards
• The right to exploit your connection with the Kingston Business Awards 2010 in any way consistent with the good name of the Awards including use of radio, online and print media channels
• Acknowledgement in the announcement of the winner of the designated award at the presentation dinner
• A full page editorial on your company in the Awards Dinner brochure which will be presented to guests on the evening of the Awards ceremony
• Contact database for companies registering for the awards and all guests attending the Gala Dinner – for your business development team to follow-up as appropriate

Gala Dinner Drinks Reception
The Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony will begin with a drinks reception for all 300 guests. The reception sponsor will benefit from: logo and branding on all event materials; display space for banners and literature in the drinks reception venue; full acknowledgement in the opening speeches; five complimentary tickets to the Gala Dinner.

Event Chocolates
300 chocolate bars with special South London Business Awards wrappers will be produced for the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Sponsorship includes your logo on the chocolate wrappers (and the option of using the wrapper as a promotional offer coupon); acknowledgement in all pre and post event publicity; two complimentary tickets to attend the dinner.

Souvenir Brochure
A 20-page A4 colour souvenir brochure will be produced, and given to each guest at the Gala Dinner. Four pages have been set aside for full, half and quarter page adverts and provide an excellent opportunity to promote your company to a targeted business audience.
