Lambeth Property Event

You are invited to attend a free evening property briefing with guest speakers on commercial premises issues. 
 
Whether you are looking to source new commercial premises or find out more about lease negotiation and factors to consider when choosing commercial premises - this is the event for you. 
 
The briefing, sponsored by Lambeth Council, will be held at the McIntosh Suite, Union Jack Club, Sandell Street near London Waterloo on Thursday 28 October 2010 from 5.30 - 8.30pm.  

Finding and Understanding Commercial Premises in Lambeth
 
The briefing is aimed at new and existing businesses trying to lease or purchase new commercial premises or who are relocating to the borough of Lambeth. 
 
This is your opportunity to attend educational seminars on how to manage premises -

-  Location, Location, Timing - how to optimise where and when to locate your business premises adapting to market conditions (presented by property agents Kalmars).

-  Negotiating your lease and knowing your rights & responsibilities as a tenant (presented by solicitors Fisher Meredith)

-  Planning issues - property use types and how to develop commercial properties for business use (presented by Lambeth Council)

You can also talk to agents and council representatives regarding your premises and business support needs

-  Representatives from serviced premises providers and conventional leasehold/freehold commercial premises will be at the event covering office, retail, catering and industrial space.

-  Speak to the Lambeth Council Business Desk support and planning team about the free support services available for your business.

-  Find out about exciting developments planned for the borough.

The event will commence with light refreshments, exhibitors and networking at 5.30pm, followed by three half hour seminars at 6pm, 6.45pm, and 7.30pm. You can raise any questions in a Q&A session at the end of each seminar and exhibitors / networking will be available throughout. The event will close with a final session of networking and opportunity to chat to exhibitors from 8 - 8.30pm.
