Mixed-use neighbour for embassy?

The presence of the new American embassy will further transform Wandsworth through a new community which will be built around it. The Irish property company Ballymore will oversee this project and have already submitted their plans to the council. 

Ballymore aim to create a working and living space called ‘Embassy Gardens’ across 15 acres of land on the Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea Opportunity Area. This will provide 500,000 sq feet of offices, a 100-bed hotel and 130,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants.
