Modern Workplaces

The Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) wants to promote more flexible, equal and family friendly policies in the workforce. 

Consultations are currently being run on measures including flexible parental leave, the right to request flexible working hours and greater pay equality between men and women. 

The consultation is open until 8th August 2011.
