Nine Elms Regeneration Project

Within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea opportunity Area (VNEB) Riverlight has become the first to start construction.  Riverlight will provide 752 homes consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments, a hotel, shops, restaurants, a riverside walk, a pocket park and a creche set within landscaped gardens.

Riverlight is less than a mile from Battersea Park and the Houses of Parliament and there are two proposed Northern Line stations which will link Riverlight to the City and London's West End in less than 20 minutes.

The Greater London Authority (GLA) anticipates up to 16,000 new homes and 25,000 new jobs will be created in the opportunity area over the next decade.
