The Response to Redundancy programme can offer adults who have
been made redundant, are under notice of redundancy, or are unemployed, a range of education and training services to develop skills to help them to retain employment or find new employment. The aim is to equip individuals with the skills to fit emerging job opportunities.

Support available under ‘Response to Redundancy’ includes:

• One to one diagnostics – completion of a Training Needs Analysis
• 2 days of workshops/training days covering topics such as
• CV writing
• Getting yourself job ready
• Interview techniques
• Coping with change
• IT
• Business/Administration
• Project Management
• Starting your own business
• Team Leading
• Training based on specific individual training needs
