A Step by Step Guide to the Property Search facility

1) Select the Search Area
Click on the property search link at the bottom of this page - this will open a new window displaying a map of South London and some information about the sponsors of this service. To start your search just click on the south London map.

You can then either click on the tab "search all of South London" on the top left hand corner or if you wish to search in a specific area, double click on the relevant borough on the map.

You can then either search all of the specific borough by clicking on the tab on the top left hand corner of the screen "Search all of xxx borough" or you can select your relevant districts by clicking on the map. Multiple districts can be selected in a particular borough. Confirm your selection at the bottom of the left hand side of the screen by clicking on the tab "If you are happy with this selection click here to search" or click on the tab on the top left hand side of the screen "Search all of xxx borough" or "Search selected districts".

2) Select the Property Type
Once you have chosen your area/s you will then need to select a property type, tenure and size of property you are searching for by selecting one of the drop down options, then click submit.
This will then result in a list of properties we have on our database which match your search requirements.

3) Using the Property Basket
Search through the list, if you find a property you're interested in click on the "add to basket" option below each property where upon you will have to enter your contact details in order to receive more details on that property.

Please Note:  You should only need to input your contact details once.
Confirmation your details have been received will appear on the screen briefly then you will be returned to your search results.

Once you have done this you can add multiple properties to your basket by clicking the "add to basket" option below each property.

To view the basket at any point click on the "view basket" option on the top right of the page. This will then show you a list of properties that are in your basket. On this page you can view the full property details by clicking "view". To remove the properties from your basket click "remove".

4) Sending Details Via E-mail
To send the property details click on "send property details" which will send them to your e-mail address. If you are sending more than one property you can send them in a single e-mail by clicking "a single e-mail" or you can send them individually by clicking "multiple e-mails". You will then receive an email with the full property details you required. 

Please Note: Some users may notice the email of property details appear with some text and a small red cross at the bottom of the email, if you right click on the cross and select downloads pictures you will be able to view full details of the property.

5) Arranging Viewings/Further Details
If you would like to view the property or request any more information please ring the agent directly - the contact details should be on the email you receive.

6) Searching for more
To exit the basket and return to your search click on "Back To Results". To create a new search click on the "New Search" tab on the top right hand side of the screen.
