The Mayor of London invites you to attend 'Exports and Your Business' - a seminar and networking forum at City Hall on Monday 1 June commencing at 16:30. 
 
The event is aimed at businesses new to exporting. It will cover the key challenges and opportunities in developing an export plan for your business, including how to identify overseas markets, make the essential contacts, manage the risks and secure payment. 
 
As the strength of the pound on the international market weakens, there are unprecedented opportunities for businesses to export their goods and services around the world. Guest speakers like Howard Harrison of knomo, a London based accessory brand selling to over 400 retailers in 20 countries, will provide case studies of how to succeed in exporting and the assistance available to you and your business.
 
The session will be introduced by Anthony Browne, Policy Director for the Mayor of London and chaired by Colin Stanbridge, Chief Executive of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and speakers will include:
