Tax-Efficient Fund Launched by Finance South East and Angels' Den

South East Fund Managers (part of the Finance South East) will manage a new fund which plans to invest in early stage private companies which have high growth potential.  The fund is designed to help investors with a spread of investments that are eligible for the tax reliefs available through the Enterprise Investment Scheme. The fund will help companies grow, ensuring that they are appropriately backed and will manage them  up to the point when another company buys them or if they are growing rapidly enough to be considered as a listing on the stock market.
